Bistro Flatcafe

I’ve been here for lunch many times and once for birthday dinner. This place never disappoints. I suspect the cook studied magic, for dinners especially. My favorites are probably white fish, beef and venison pasta.

Sumptuous lunch, wonderful service from Rei! She apologised for her English, which my hubby and I found is excellent. She patiently made her recommendations, based on how hungry we were. Portions were nicely done, we.loved the beef with foie gras...check out the photos below! Also enjoyed the vibes and energy of the place...Will definitely come again...

This is by far the best place to dine in Tachikawa. Staff is amazing, service is amazing. I’m a returning customer and I’ve never been disappointed. This is truly a place that values the small details that creates the total experience. Also, the mixed appertizer plate is fantastic.

My wife and I had dinner with some friends here and Bistro Flatcafe CRUSHED IT!!!! Service is impeccable and an English menu is available. All I can say is go!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant while walking the streets of Tachikawa. Loved the food and the service. The staff is super sweet, gave the best recommendations and tried to speak English as much as they could to explain the details to us.

Simply amazing. If you have trouble agreeing on what to get, go with the course set menu.
